The Deer Park Library will be hosting a presentation by Graham Beaton, doctor of naturopathic medicine and John-David Kato, doctor of chiropractic and clinical exercise physiologist, from the Rosedale Natural Health Clinic, on “Cholesterol and Your Health”. This talk will focus on what cholesterol and triglycerides are and where they come from, their role in health, what are normal levels, and simple steps for management.
