The Deer Park Library will be hosting a presentation on posture related neck pain and headaches by John-David Kato, Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Chiropractor from the Rosedale Natural Health Clinic.

Topics will include:

• Anatomy and biomechanics of the neck
• How neck pain can contribute to the development of headaches
• Methods of evaluation and diagnosis
• Description of management
