Initial Visit
On an initial visit, a detailed history will be taken. This includes obtaining information regarding chief complaint(s), as well as personal and family medical history. After the history is completed, a weight-bearing exam, a non weight-bearing exam and a gait analysis will be conducted. At this point, a few treatment plans will be presented and discussed. One treatment plan will be chosen and executed.
Subsequent Visits
A re-assessment will be conducted at the beginning of every subsequent visit in order to see if any change has occurred. Modification of the treatment plan can be conducted at this point. Treatment will be done.
