See with the eyes of another, to hear with the ears of another, and to feel with the heart of another. ” (Alfred Adler)

With respectful curiosity, encouragement, compassion, and a warm spirit, I help people recognize and enhance their strengths to:

  • resolve discomfort
  • regain balance
  • develop healthy and effective coping strategies
  • determine and achieve their life goals
  • gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their situation
  • adjust to daily challenges and life transitions

My work reflects my values of equality, respect, encouragement, and integrity. I focus on self-worth, responsibility and well-being. I believe each person is capable of making choices, contributing to self and others, and cooperating in creative and courageous ways. The relationship I work to build with my clients is designed to build awareness of patterns, help identify options and encourage healthy change for individuals, couples and families. I am committed to supporting children, adolescents, and adults to become stronger people enabling them to build stronger families and ultimately stronger communities.

In addition to providing counselling services, I facilitate Parenting Workshops, Women Empowerment Groups, and Children’s Healthy Connections Groups.

I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology.
